Website Design
At
Cyquator, we design and develop websites for organizations
wanting to use the Internet medium as an integral part of their marketing
mix. We have an in-depth understanding of the design, technological
and marketing processes required to help companies define
their strategy and deliver website solutions that reap the
benefits available on the Internet today.
Successful artwork for the Internet is achieved by balancing
the needs of strong, eye-catching website design with the
technological constraints of download times and the ability
to work in all browsers using a minimum of plug-ins. A website
design needs to look authoritative, convey the correct messages
and download with optimum speed. Our website design department
works on the artistic and technological threshold pushing
back the inherent restraints of working online.
How we do
it?
Arena 1: Understanding Client needs & developing SoW:
This stage focuses on deciphering client needs, extracting
requirements & developing a broad Scope of Work (SoW).
Arena 2: Finalize areas of collaboration & delivery
parameters:
Phase one establishes communication protocols, identifies
key project personnel & ensures smooth transfer of knowledge
from client to the project team. Phase two assesses specific
components of the project & defines delivery parameters.
Arena 3: Defined Objectives & Quantifiable Results:
The project objectives are defined and approval is obtained
from the client. Along with objectives, quantifiable results
are determined to ensure output adheres to the exact client
requirements.
Arena 4: Resourcing:
Resource requirements are planned according to objectives.
Arena 5: Forming Project Teams:
The complete project team & its attendant resources
are finalized.
Arena 6: Project Briefing:
The
development team is briefed on the project.
Arena 7: Project Execution:
Projects are managed and executed to the pre-defined processes.
The execution process has its feedback loops for self-correction
and status checks. Modular Quality processes ensure QA at
every stage.
Arena 8: Final QA:
Before the final output is sent to the client, a rigorous
quality check is done on all aspects.
Arena 9: Project Control & Change Management:
At this stage the Output received after the QA process is
matched with the objectives & quantifiable results determined
in stage 2 & necessary corrections done to confirm to
set standards. Final changes requested by the client are
also incorporated & documented.
Arena 10: Project Delivery:
The Project, completed in all respects, is submitted to
client.
Arena 11: Post Delivery Support and Maintenance:
Continuous interaction is maintained with the client in
the critical post-delivery stages to ensure that the solution
delivered by Cyquator is functioning to agreed standards.
An ongoing feedback loop ensures maintenance and support.
